Privacy Policy

OH MY FORM is a browser based design tool for 3D printing, run by Dana Israeli. This page says what we store about you, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed. It is short because there is not much.

What we store

• Your email address. There is no password: you sign in with a link or a code sent to it. It is also where receipts and plan changes go.
• Your plan and the date it runs to.
• Designs you choose to save to your account (FORM files). Nothing is stored for you unless you press save.
• A count of your downloads each month and the identifiers of the two devices a plan allows. This is what makes the fair use limits work.
• Your sign-in session, kept in your own browser's local storage so you stay signed in.

What we do not store

• Card or payment details. They are entered on Lemon Squeezy's checkout and never pass through us.
• The files you download. They are made in your browser and go straight to your disk. We keep the count, not the files.

Analytics and advertising

Today the site runs no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. We may add analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to understand how the studio is used and to reach people who might like it. When we do, this page will name the tools, and where the law requires consent, non-essential tracking runs only after you agree.

Where it lives

A few services run the product, each under its own privacy policy and our agreement with it:

• Supabase (EU, Frankfurt) holds accounts, plans and saved designs.
• Cloudflare serves the site.
• Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it takes payment, issues receipts and invoices, and holds your billing details.
• Resend delivers our email.

Email

We send the email the account needs: sign-in links, receipts, plan changes, and answers to anything you write to us. There is no newsletter unless you ask for one.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you. Reply to any email you received from us; deletion is done within 30 days, and your saved designs go with the account. We process your data to provide the plan you asked for and to run the service; if you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly hold their data.

Changes

The date at the top changes when this page does. A change that matters to you is announced by email before it applies.
